Dr. Minati Acharya, OD
Dr. Acharya grew up in the Bay Area and went on to earn her Doctorate of Optometry at the UIW Rosenberg School of Optometry in San Antonio, Texas.
She is a recognized member of the Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society for her academic achievements. During her clinical rotations she gained valuable experience while training in the different sub-specialties of optometry such as ocular disease, pediatrics, contact lenses, low vision, refractive and ocular surgery.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, swimming and dancing.
Dr. Anwell Nguyen, OD
Dr. Nguyen is a Bay Area native, and is proud to serve his home community after living up and down California his entire life. He finished his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Irvine before obtaining his doctorate from the College of Optometry at Western University of Health Sciences.
He completed a clinical research fellowship in glaucoma at the UCSF Department of Ophthalmology, where he has co-authored over a dozen publications in the top peer-reviewed academic journals of the field.
While away from work, Dr. Nguyen enjoys playing badminton and finding new places to eat.
